We have some really fantastic trails around Luang Prabang. So if you’re looking for some adventure, we’re ready to go! The hills in and around Luang Prabang are just fabulous to explore and right on our doorstep. Within only 30 kilometers of Luang Prabang, the countryside changes dramatically. You become surrounded by remoteness, spectacular rolling hills, small villages, fresh air, and very little traffic, just us and the trails. Tour Code LAT006.

Day 1: Luang Prabang to Nong Khiaw. 150 Kilometers 5 Hrs riding. Time to ride! We’ll pick you up from your guest house and take you back to our offices where we’ll get you geared up to ride the trails. We will head out of town and into the countryside to enjoy the trails and have a picnic lunch outside. The riding day should end about 3pm allowing us time to have a look around where we’re staying or just relax. Our evening meal will be a local restaurant with local foods and drinks.
Day 2: Nong Khiaw to Muang Khua. 150 Kilometers 6 Hrs riding. Another day of great trails awaits us, remote areas and small trails through jungle and farming areas of Laos. Expect some Technical riding as well as some rivers, streams and mountains for us to traverse on out way to Udomxai. We will overnight in a local guest house.
Day 3: Muang Khua to Udomxai.160 Kilometers 5 Hrs riding. After breakfast it’s straight back into the countryside for more of the same, small trails and remote areas. Lots of tracks and trials to explore today so we can take our time. Lunch in the hills today as we make our way to Udomxai and our guest house for the evening.
Day 4 : Udomxai to Luang Prabang.180 Kilometers 5-6 Hrs riding. Our last day on the trails, and It wont disappoint. There is some seriously big mountains to get over today. Another fun day awaits us as we get remote before getting back to Luang Prabang, we will visit Kwang Si water falls to cool of on the way home, then it’s back to town and the end of our ride.

DEPARTURE/RETURN LOCATION

DEPARTURE TIMES
The tour will start at 8.30 am. Please be informed, that you should arrive at least one day before the tour starts in Luang Prabang. We recommend two days before the tour starts to acclimate and avoid jet lag.
RETURN TIMES
The tour will finish at about 4/5 pm back in Luang Prabang, so if you would like to fly back the same day to Vientiane or other destinations, you can catch easily any flight from Luang Prabang after 6 pm.
RIDING GEAR
We recommend bringing your gear to be the most comfortable. But we also offer some helmets, jackets, gloves, and knee guards. Please be informed, that we do not offer boots and trousers due to hygiene reasons.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner are included. All our stops are in areas where food is available in local cafes and restaurants. There is often a wide choice of national cuisines to choose from.
Drinks: Water is included, alcohol and not included.
Fuel: Fuel for your motorcycle or truck is included for the whole journey.
Accommodation; Rooms are included and based on single room occupancy. Local guest houses & Hotels will be used.
